Bullock

 Bullock

It does consists  of  Boington Heights -Highway 48 on the east, Highway 7 on the north, Milne Park Conservation Area on the south, Willowgate Drive on the west. Now, add  Bullock  Drive to the north  and  McCowan  Road to the west and it   is a Real Estate boundary  of Markham Community of Bullock .
Might be little bit complicated but in Markham few boundaries have stayed unchanged over last few years of new development and swelling number of newcomers.
As mentioned before in my articles, this is another example of mix-up and confusion to the traditional boundaries versus “administrative-arbitrary” ones. This expression was purely mine for description of this bizarre situation. See also situation in Thornhill and Unionville . Bullock  -well established and mixed residential-commercial neighbourhood  has it s roots in nearby Old Markham Village and vicinity .Other major landmark is Milne Dam and Conservation Park . Along Bullock Drive you can find  several commercial  units  with plenty of garages ,warehouses, well established in Markham Services and commerce..  Mark Pniewski                                                                                                 see map
