Unionville -Varley Village Residents Survey

	Varley Village Proposed Infill By-law Resident's Survey. The Varley Village Working Group on May 29.2012  presented to Unionville  Sub-committee  the results of the Survey . There were 649 properties in the study area. Sub-committee has received 374 responses which represents 57.6% response rate. 54.8% do not support infill by-law , 205 responses 43.9% 164 responses support the proposed by-law with . 1.3% -no opinion. This clear , over 10% majority of residents  expressed not only their disapproval   but many other concerns related to the  controversial plan in the community. Mark Pniewski-igtarealty
